Browse all your projects, filter them and sort them, and then access your completed projects. You can access all your favorite project options on any device. Open a project to see all tasks. Here’s what you can do on your phone only: swipe left to delete a task, change the due date, or assignee. You don’t have to use all the options on your phone, but if you do, you can open up a task and find them all. You can edit the task’s description, change its assignment, assignee, due date, subscribers, and more. ActiveCollab can be used on any device. You can also access My Work from your mobile phone. You might be a fan of making a mental list of all the tasks that need to be completed each day starting from the moment you wake up. You’ll see a list of due dates so you can immediately see if there are deadlines. Keep up with the team
Is it possible for everyone to talk about a hot topic while you wait in a bank queue? Join them! You can comment on discussions, notes, or tasks just like you would if you were at your computer. Long press to leave a response! You can express your thoughts quickly with seven emojis. ActiveCollab will have everything you need, but don’t forget your phone.
ActiveCollab values emphasize healthy collaboration. We want to make it easier for all teams to keep up to date on the progress of a project. You can now receive notifications directly to your phone, instead of answering emails. You’ll be notified if there are any new comments, discussions, tasks, or notes that you subscribe to, if anyone mentioned you, and if you have been assigned new tasks. Most often, assignments and team members are codependent. This means that one person could be waiting for another piece of information to continue working on the task at hand.
